I absolutely love this drink. I use madhava organic raw honey and ceylon cinnamon in it. Not sure what you like to eat, but I used to love sandwiches. I don't have celiac disease, but if I eat anything containing gluten I get hives. It's not a farce, and it bothers me when people say they are allergic when they really are just looking for an excuse, for whatever reason. It's very difficult having ths allergy. My hives are one step away from anaphylaxis.

I go 1-3 times a day, get 25-35 grams of fiber and usually drink about ten glasses of water plus coffee in the morning and green tea with lunch and dinner. However if I ever do get backed up, what has worked without fail, every time, is eating one whole red or pink grapefruit. Works almost immediately
