Anytime you exercise you should be including that into your daily exercise and eating those calories. You could put yourself at lightly active because you do more than just sit. Why don't you try losing at 1lb a week and see if those extra calories help offset your hunger?

Just eat more calorie dense foods, seperate it out throughout your day, and stop when you are SATISFIED!

I did weight watchers in short spurts and would lose 10lbs each time but then I would gain it back because I just got SO TIRED of trying to figure out those darn points! I feel the same way. I've only run outside twice but I feel like it's easier that running on the treadmill. I kind of dread the treadmill now.

I got pregnant and had two kids and I LOST weight with them. Got the Mirena.. bam 20lbs in less than a year. It's vicious.

Try eating more calorie dense food like peanut butter and avocados

I was eating 1200 calories plus exercise calories and I lost 16lbs. Now I've hit a plateu and have been very hungry lately. I've upped my cals for myself to 1400 without exercise and plan on eating my exercise cals back. You have to eat to lose!

I like almond milk first and foremost because it is lower in calories and since we have two little girls there is no point in buying low fat milk for myself since they need the vitamin D milk. Protein will help you feel full. Usually I'll have a protein shake or power bar then go for an intense workout. Workouts always curb my hunger.
