Almonds has alot of fat. They are good for you but read the label. 1oz or 24 nuts are 160 calories and 14g of fat. Be careful with the Almonds. Only eat 1 serving and try the 10 calories gelatin. And maybe more fruits.

Try eating 10 calories gelatin. Then you can eat several as much as you like.

Thinks for the word of encouragement, Reign. I started today May 19, 2010. I think I will take it slow setting my goals to 10 lbs at a time. I currently weight 166, 5' 3".
