Anyone do 50/30/20? Protein/Carbs/Fat. My trainer has me close to that trying to gain muscle and lean out.

Not a heel striker... I land mid to ball of the foot and I don't believe I am over striding... Cadence... I measured it once (of course can't remember it now) and I think it was in a good range?

I've been running for 5+ years. Completed 4 1/2 marathons and more 5, 8, 10ks then I have figures to count on. So I'm not inexperienced by no means. Sad to say... I use other people to motivate me. I'm a mother of 4 ranging from 11 yrs to 1 yr and I'll be damned if I'll be the heavy mom at groups and gatherings.... that and my co-worker is the same build as I am and currently running 1/2 marathons etc... if she can do it so can 9 :)

Got my 1st half coming up here August 26th... (doing a 10K ther weekend after that! Crazy) I read somewhere that you should aleast attempt a 10 mile run sometime before the half... I did that a couple weekends ago and came in at 1 hr 55 mins. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and lifted my confidence for the 1/2…
