I checked my numbers on Fat2fitradio and my BMR is 1254 and TDEE (assuming that's the number if I use their "How many calories should I eat" calculator) is 1493. I entered that I was sedentary since I have a desk job and I am a sporadic exerciser. Should I eat 1493 and eat back my exercise calories on workout days? Will I…

How many calories are you eating? I'm only down about 3 lbs and I am on Day 8. I'm eating 800-1000 a day.

I'm eating about 800-1000 calories a day. I workout after work at the end of the day around 5 pm, but that's what I've always done, even before the 17 day diet. I eat Greek yoghurt with fruit before 2 pm. I take a multi-vitamin every day.

I am on day 5 of Cycle 1. I went to the gym this morning and had absolutely no energy. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am on Day 4 now. I found it easy to follow during the work week. May not be as easy on the weekend. I'm not sure how much I've lost. I just got a new scale that has me weighing more than my old one.
