You can do this! Yes it is HARD, Yes it takes being focused on YOU and Yes you are worth it! Don't give up! I find that if you can go to a gym or find a exercise class away from home that tends to set you up for success or you can do what I do and put a tv/dvd player in your bedroom and exercise in there with the door…

Welcome! You have the focus and I will be happy to support you here on mfp! You can do this! The changes you have made in the past are good ones and they have stuck....so now the new ones you are going to make will too. Remember that you are worth it! Blessing!

Hi, Great weight loss! Very encouraging. My Christmas goal is to lose 30lbs and to feel so much better about myself. However if I just continue to lose at a steady pace I will be content. I plan on working out as much as possible and doing everything I can to remind myself that I am worth NOT eating that junk food.

The world looks at the outside and makes its judgement. So what I would do if that happens again is say...."Wow...if you only knew the real me then you'd know how truly beautiful I am....inside and out!" Remember that Satan says that you are Not as pretty as you could be....God says you are beautifully and wonderfully made!

If you are eating a lot of fruit...bananas, strawberries..the sweeter fruits cut back...stick to oranges and apples. Also check your sugar and salt intake. Remember that we are women and our monthly cycle can have an effect of the scale...Keep a positive thought process going. Remember the weight didn't come on over night…

My family are bunch of tv time snackers...it does NOT help my weight loss! However I have found that since I like to hang out with my family ....I need to save some of my snacks for tv time...otherwise I tend to get into things I don't need to eat.

43 lbs! That is wonderful! I'd say take some time and really remember how you felt when the 50lbs came back on...How did you feel emotionally? Physically? In your clothes? Then think about how you feel now. 43lbs down....You should be proud of yourself. Now...think about how you are going to feel 10 lbs from now...20 lbs…
