Okay - I just did 45 minutes of brisk walk/chasing my 4 y.o. on her bike. Whew! Its such a beautiful day here I couldn't pass it up. I don't have weights but I do have an ab roller which I desperately need to use and can do some push-ups to - these bingo arms need to go! :laugh: Hope everyone is having a great day :smile:

I found an excellent website recommended by the creators of the Tae Bo website for calculating calories burned for almost any activity from washing dishes to typing to yoga to doing Tae Bo.
