That's what I have been doing. Working out is easy for me, it's watching why I eat that makes things difficult for me. I tend to burn quite of bit of calories at the gym. I want to make sure I'm doing this right.

Kellch~ I would die if I left my purse and phone at home. A couple of weeks ago I noticed I forgot my cell phone and I turned around, I was already 2min from work. Luckily I don't live too far from work.

Do you ladies eat your calories burned for the day? Does that make sense? I guess if you have 1200 cal and you burn 500cal, do you then eat 1700cal that day?

I ate all but 23 calories yesterday. In other news, I got into in fight with a donut yesterday. I had to stop at the store after work to get batteries and batteries only, I don't know what possessed me to walk buy the baked goods. I had my eye on a doughnut, grabbed a bag to put it in then suddenly I don't know what came…

Good morning! Yesterday I did a weight training/cardio class burned 600 cal and 20 min on the stairclimber burning 300 cal. I only used 149 of those calories towards my food journal. I had not planned on being at the gym as long as I was. I think I'll only do 45min tonight. We shall see, I say that now.....

I completely agree with FC! It makes the Biggest Loser more of a reality. Most people can't take weeks off of work to concentrate on diet/exercise.

I ran my first 5k May 08 and beat my time by quite a bit. My goal was just to finish, not worried about time at all. I was very exciting to finish at 27.07 While training I averaged 11min miles.
