I saw this group and thought hey, I'm in!! I'm 5'11" with a large frame and would love to see 180 lbs again. That would put me at a size 12 in which I looked and felt great in. Currently in size 16 and loathing myself. I refuse to go higher!!

Ditto! I just turned 50 in December and I am more motivated than ever to be healthy and strong. And yeah, it's super hard to lose weight at this age but determination is the key. We might be older but we don't have to be fatter!!!

Weight Watchers really works and it is the best I have ever tried. The best part is that it is not a deprivation diet so you just have to keep up with what you are putting in your mouth, i.e. journaling - which is why MFP is the best tool ever!
