ok so im kind of a veggie...the only meat I eat is fish...nothing else...and I only eat that about 2 x a week...im a runner and just feel I need the added protein of fish...I have been doing this since Feb. and really don't miss meat. would love to have other veggie friends. Feel free to add me

i spend about 130-150 per week but we have a family of 5...me, the hubby, and 3 boys....and i buy mostly very healthy food but also some junk food for the kiddos. We have an Aldi where we live and i can get awesome produce and fish there for a very low price.

Almonds are a life saver for me...i love the wasabi and soy, the habanero bbq, and the dark chocolate ones...blue diamond has a huge variety of almonds...and they are soooo good for you...also i like to have a 100 calorie bag of popcorn in the evening before bed...you get alot of bang for your buck...lots of crunch…

Welll ive been a little MIA lately because i hurt my lower back last week and didnt think insanity would help it out;) i have been still running even though its still hurting a bit...still trying to find a way to run and do insanity....maybe that i why my back is outta whack...i really like insanity and loved the results…
