Hi all. I love eggs and will be eating them often but does anybody have any other breakfast ideas other than eggs? I would love to see some other suggestions.

Salmon...why are the calories so high?
ok so i have been logging my calories for a 3 oz portion of salmon on my fitness pal and the calories vary so much.....i thought there were like 135 calories in 1 serving but it is more like 200.......very surprised at this.

Hey Runners...ever have your hips pop?
Hey mfp peeps...during my 7 miler yesterday...my hip started popping with every stride...not necessarily painful but pretty annoying...anyone else have this issue? I have a half marathon on Sunday and im freaking out a bit.

Anyone heard of skinny rice????
Just heard about this rice called "skinny rice" supposed to be better for you than brown rice and its supposed to taste more like white rice....better for diabetics and those that cant have gluten...has anyone tried it and what are your thoughts

Hey Runners, How many of you lose toenails...with summer coming..i love to wear flip flops but i must say my feet are a fright to look at...callouses and missing toenails...any way to prevent losing those toenails?...I love getting pedicures but my thought is why spend money on a pretty pedi when i know my feet are going…

How do you eat your avacado?
Today i had an open faced grilled cheese (using butter spray) on whole wheat with baby spinach, mozzarella cheese, and half of a sliced avacado...topped with a little pepper....It was sooooo yummy:) But would love to see how others eat their avacados.

i have an addiction to ice
I am so addicted to ice and water...is that weird? i almost always drink 80 oz of water a day with ice in it and i love chewing the ice...drives my husband crazy but i actually crave it....just wondering if anyone else finds that they crave water and ice.

Super Yummy Cold Breakfast or Lunch Oatmeal

frozen yogurt drops
Ok I saw this on interest and love this snack ..simply put yor favorite yogurt into a baggy..cut the tip off and drop it onto a cookie sheet in small drops and freeze....ao delicious and they only take about an hour to freeze...yummy and creamy...soooo good!

Hey all...just wanted to see if anyone else shared my love of animal crackers....Stauffers animal crackers are the best and are the perfect snack...only 120 calories for 16.....always helps my craving for cookies....they are declicious with coffee or tea as well.
