so im dealing with a stress fracture in my foot.....ran 13 miles two weeks ago...felt great while i was doing it but a day after it started hurting....we totaled 30 miles that week and I really didnt think I was overdoing it since we usually average between 22-25 miles a week......so im really bummed I cant run the half…

would like your thoughts on drinking iced tea......i make mine with splenda and only have 1 or two glasses of it a day....I has no calories but does have caffeine.....whadaya think? Will it affect my weight loss???

Can I get the low down on Greek yogurt?
Just wondering about Greek yogurt...I love it but it is 160 calories and everyone I tell to try it says its too many calories and they dont want to eat that many calories in a container of yogurt......it keeps me full when I have it with a piece of fruit for lunch.......any advice?

slim fast
Any thoughts on the slim fast plan....i am so busy during the day and I find that slim fast is ideal for me....I babysit 3 little boys...then my 3 boys get home from school and I babysit 3 more kiddos...yes there is a total of 9 here after school.....just wondering about the nutrition end of it.

runnin my first 5k.......so nervous
Hey all. Im runnin my filrst 5k next Sat. and am nervous as heck....I know i will be able to complet it....i am nervous about the heat and hills....im use to running at 6 am and the race isnt until 9.....plus it is a hilly course.....I can run hills...just not sure about hills and heat together.

gettin your sweet fix after dinner
Im always ready for something sweet after dinner and would like to know what everybody does to get their sweet fix after dinner that is not high in calories. eating back exercise calories
Ok so I have only dropped .02lbs since last Tues. I have not cheated and work out 6 days a week. I usually eat my 1200 calories a day (there were 2 days I was under by about 200 calories but I dont make that a habit) I dont usually eat back my exercise calories and I usually burn 350 to 400 in my workouts.
