How about a workout buddy. Someone to keep you accountable! Also change that workout up frequently. I go to a different group fitness class every day... I love the variety plus you are not always working the same muscles!

i like to add 1/4 cup dried cranberries to mine

Pistachios...you can have 1/2 cup of them with the shells....for 160 calories...it takes a while to open them and eat them....so yummy and great protein

try switching things up and doing some exercise classes and some strength training along with your running. Run a couple of days and do the other workouts on the days you dont run. Maybe your body just needs you to mix things up a little bit.

Like the other posters said i would focus on finishing the 13.1 and not necessarily go for a time goal. I can easily run 6 miles in under an hour but my best half marathon time so far is 2 hrs and 6 min. Those last 6 miles are definitely harder than the first 6.

5 am every day....it sounds horrible but it really becomes a habit and you get used to it...alot of times i wake up before my alarm goes off at 4:30am...and i feel awesome the rest of the day because i know i got my workout done before most people even think of getting up.
