Just found this recipe on pinterest and ive been eating it once a day ever since:
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (i use the 40 calorie almond milk)
mix these 3 ingredients and let it set in your fridge for 2 hours or over night.....then right before you are ready to eat it add 1 T. of honey and 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries...mix together and you have a delicouls meal packed full of protein...its only 317 calories and keeps me full for a very long time:
You can add different things to the oatmeal for different flavors...instead of strawberries you could add bananas, blueberries, etc....the flavors are unlimited:)
