How many rest days should you take before running again after you do a half marathon? Just curious to see what my mfp peeps say?

I usually took one.0 -
It depends on how much you were running before and how long you have been running. If you were running a lot for a long time you probably don't need any days off. If you are newer you might need a couple of days.
Just don't take any more than a week off.0 -
After a half, generally none. I may take it easier on the next run or two, but that's about it. Now....if I raced really hard and am sore, then I'll take it a little easier, maybe skip a run. I really truly believe in listening to your own body, you know if you should run or not. It also depends a bit on how experienced a runner are you? Is this your first half or 5th? First, then yea...skip a few runs.0

Just listen to your body. Maybe a rest day, then a walk or easy run the next day.
If you feel good run, if not rest.
I find an easy run works wonders for my recovery, YMMV.0
