i just used butter spray on a slice of bread...then lay the bread butter side down in a pan and top it with mozzarella, baby spinach, and sliced avacado until its golden...add alittle pepper and you have an open faced grilled cheese:)

I dont think you need to stop snacking after 6..if you are hungry then eat...allow yourself extra calories at the end of the day for that night time snack...many evening i have a 100 calorie bag of popcorn and an orange or apple and i still consistently lose weight...just keep it within your daily calorie goal:)

Happens at different times for me...definitely depends on temperature....this morning it was 22 degrees and i didnt really get my runners high....i just got that great feeling when i was done of WOW I did it even though it was kick butt cold:)

Way to go....what an inspiration...i too want to lose 20...to be at my ideal weight...i love to run and i also do zumba....but i sabatoge myself with the food...so dumb cause i work so hard at exercising....so i started yesterday and will be down 20 before summer.
