I have been taking them for the last four days, I also noticed that im not so hungry and less inclined to snack. Stepping on scales the last few days the results look positive but cant really judge until been taking them a while longer. Got mine from Amazon @ £14.99 for 120.

I tend to work out beforehand as that way feel ive earnt the treat, otherwise can so easily put off the extra workout and have consumed the extra calories
