  • I dont think its how much you are eating, im ome of those that cant lose except on 800-1300 cals average daily, the problem is what you eaf, wgat yiu pair it with and if u log your foods. Try having some fat, carbs and protein at every meal or add in some protein powder. Number 1 thing I see is logging. Best of luck.
  • This might be a little late but try isopure protein powder. Add it to oatmeal, etc... will help with the protein issue and the cal issue. Also it has tons of vitamins and almost no fillers
  • For MOST its unrealistic. Im doing mrc but I dont use their protein stuff I found my own thats half the price and just as good as if not better than theirs.   • Personally I use ground chicken but either way, just us it like you would ground beef. Use it in spaghetti, in bakes, on pizza, as a hamburger, meatloaf. The possibilities are endless.
