Im just trying to do right by my body, No problem in working out if its the right thing to do... Definitely not a cop out excuse... geez. What a rude, arrogant comment to make... TO EVERYONE ELSE... thank you for your advice :)

Well for one, Im a lot heavier than you and the heavier you are the more calories you burn. Two I stated I did a mile in 15 min... in total I did 2 miles in 30 min with a 5 min cool down. Three, I already stated I cant afford an HRM right now. Im just going based on MFP's calculations.

I go two miles in about 34- 47 min and I switch between 3, 4, 5, and sometimes 6 mph... :)

mfp says to eat 1680 a day, i manage to eat about that... then im burning an estimate of 350-400 calories during my workouts... Yes Ive only been doing this for 3 days now, I guess I thought Id maybe at least stay the same, not gain!!!! I dont tend to eat my exercise cals and Im managing about 4-5 16 ounce bottles of water…

I get a water bottle that has the ounces listed and then i refill it until i know Ive drinken teh 64 oz that are needed, but im a water hog and go way over, lol

When you put that info in do you base it off of your exercise or how the rest of teh day goes, because I am a student and aside from my exercise, i basically get to sit behind a desk all day... just curious cuz I haev mine set at sedentary.

every little bit helps but on the days where you can actually manage it i would just do longer workout sessions as time allows. Definitely still add in your smaller portions that you are currently doing and like teh lady above said, staying on top of your calories is vital too!

i think if your pregnant you shouldnt worry about a calorie intake, your doctor can tell you if this is true or not. As long as you are eating healthy and not just going off into teh sunset with a box of snickers ice cream bars each night, you should be ok, lol. Oh and CONGRATS!!!:happy:

Mega T green tea pills, you take one in the morning, and one in teh afternoon. i take them and they help a lot!!! Plus they have green tea in them which is a metabolism booster. Available at walmart for the low low price of 5.99, almost cheaper than a tank of gas. lol

Youre in starvation mode. If you are taking in 1300-1400 calories and then burning them off in insanity (which from what Ive hard is a tough little workout) you are in starvation mode. revamp your calories, I had to figure that out the hard way too. You can eat and teh weight will come off. Its like eat new calories…

I was stuck in this for the last month or so as well. i havent broken through yet, but I am going to start water pills. i was told that a lot of what I might be holding onto is water weight. If I can break that i might be able to get farther int his game. Good luck to you!
