Ok so I am a student who does the majority of the day sitting at a desk listening the yammerings of my highly profession teachers... cough. I want to know where I should place my settings at, I currently have them at sedentary, but I work out for 45-60 minutes and burn between 5-700 cals... So should I switch it to lightly active or leave it as is?

If you're working out on a regular basis, you'll need to bump up your settings. How often do you work out?

I have a desk job and I have mine set the same, that way I'm not over estimating.

Keep it at sedentary and then just add your exercise when you work out, because that will give you the extra calories to eat back.

4 days a week anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour... elliptical and treadmill
