I found losing weight and keeping within calorie counts to be much MUCH easier for me personally when I keep my carb intake lower. I think you should do what works best for you, you can eat healthy and nutritiously low, high, or moderate carb :flowerforyou:

I've always said pop, I haven't heard it differently to the places I've been in Canada unless they were a tourist, but I haven't been that many places, could be different in certain areas.

This! :flowerforyou: I don't wear make-up anymore, and I always thought it was silly. I get around one haircut per year, and I trim it myself the rest of the year. I just can't be bothered, it's all superficial and not worth my time. I find most women look better without make-up.

All that really matters is how you want to do it anyways, I don't know why you would let it bother you so much. If you post stuff out in the open on a newsfeed, you can't honestly expect opinionated people to not post their opinions, some more adamantly than others?

There are programs you can download to block them if they really bother you that much. Mine are usually video games and technology ads, lol.

I found something similar on http://www.bakeinfo.co.nz/Facts/Nutrition/Nutrition. I was curious as well as A LOT of sources state generically that whole wheat is so much more nutritious, but it's nice to see actual numbers. Not as drastic as I was led to believe.

I have heard many people with metabolic syndrome having success eating a lower carbohydrate diet, doesn't have to be extreme, but if you go to marksdailyapple.com or just search primal/paleo/or low carb you could research it. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor first though.
