My aunt who used to own a lingerie store and measured women all the time told me that in terms of bra size you can always go up a size and down a cup. Try both "sizes" and see which fits better.

Hi, Just posting quickly to say that unless you train in a specific way and eat to support it (and even then) you won't get bulky. Women don't produce enough of the hormones necessary to look like that without a lot of help (not even PCOS levels of testosterone). Muscle is important because it will give you a good shape…

One thing I've found helps me with cramps, is eating lots of green veg. I saw it recommended on one of those late night health shows and thought why not... and it really did help a lot. And my sympathy. I don't think there are many pains that are worse.
