i had spotting when i worked out as well. Turned out i had a cyst on the opening of my cervix - DONT PANIC! Cysts are ok..it's not cancer, it's just annoying. Had a good ole fashioned scraping out (i referred to it as a lube, oil and filter..made the gyno laugh so hard he had to put down the wand thingy).. Good as new now:)

I have the same issue (huge upper belly!). Pilates and weight loss yoga(i use the dvd) SEEMS to be helping..but i know its not spot specific. I figure it can't hurt - building up a strong core will help in all sorts of ways! Congrats on your losses so far!!

i have vowed to read this every day for the next 4 weeks. Mostly because this morning I weighed in 6 ..yes 6 !!! pounds heavier than friday. Friday i started eating 1600-1800 a day (instead of 1400-1500) AND have been to 2 weight lifting classes and one cardio AND started walking at lunch. The 6lb gain makes me 2lbs…

Well, yesterday was an epic fail for me. I got in 60 squats (ok that bathroom idea was great!). didn't come close to my water goal, didn't make it to the gym, and had food court chinese food for dinner. today i will ROCK this. here i go!!
