Any suggestions on a gym to join? I'll be in the "foothills of the foothills" and the office is downtown (like..N.Stone and Pennington). Calorie Setting Confusion
Ok..so i started on MFP at 1200 calories like the site said to do. I gained 2lbs two weeks in a row.
