Every single calorie counts. Always remember, the one cookie, chip, soda etc is extra you have to burn off in the gym. I always stop and think about what I eat. Even if it's just one.

i know some people who have lost mad weight from spinning. I prefer actually riding around, but I think youll enjoy it. You could burn 80 lbs in no time if you regularly attend spin class.

at 325 lbs i would say to really focus on cutting out as much as you can handle. you cant quit everything cold turkey or youll go insane. Its important that you stay focused on your goal, and eating junk food is never really a good thing to put in us. find some foods you can really really enjoy that are moderately healthy.…
