Feeling less hungry definitely happens to some because your able to taking in & absorbing vitamins!! I drink a total of 3 liters of water and nothing else everyday (about 13 cups). I drink 1 liter first thing in the morning and the rest throughout the day however never right before or after meals. I'm not a really big juicer but I would just say make sure you drink enough juice & hopefully you like the concoctions you come up with!! Keep us posted on your favorites!!
