I'm at 1200 calories to lose 1.5 lbs per week. I'm currently unable to workout because I had my gallbladder removed recently so I've been sticking to that number. But when I workout I eat back all my exercise calories (usually around 1600 calories total) - this works great for me.

Do what is best for you... A lot of people will say "it's the most important meal of the day" and for them it might be but it's not for everyone. I love breakfast foods but I never eat breakfast. I usually have two cups of coffee and then around 11am I have "brunch". Works for me.

Looks like you need more protein... think greek yogurt, eggs, chicken breast, lean pork, and cottage cheese. It will keep your hunger at bay.

It's not a one size fits all type thing. 6 meals or 3 meals and 2 snacks or 3 meals I personally cannot do 6 meals, I think about food all day long and I always feel hungry. It just depends on your body..... Even at my smallest (118lbs) I was till a D/DD. Mine really don't change much with weight gain or loss. :sad:

Yes, they are higher in calories than most fruits and have a good amount of natural sugars but they are not "bad" for you.

You are going to get mixed responses.. Green tea has caffeine and is a diuretic - so many people say it doesn't count as water intake. Personally I count all tea (with or without caffeine) as water. It's up to you to decide.
