Do what works best for you! We all have different body types (pear, apple, small frame, large frame). I'm 5'4.5 and currently 140 lbs (goal is 117-127lbs) - this is too much weight for me because I gain weight mostly in my abdomen area (I'm an apple) but my legs, hips, and thighs are thin. If I had the opposite body type,…

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, mini babybell, hard boiled egg, deli meat, salad, or soup (with lots of veggies & broth). But honestly I would never let myself get ravenous - I would rather go over 100-200 calories or Workout and eat a proper meal

Good job for not eating the pizza.... but if it's something you love... why don't you seek out healthy alternatives? What about: Portobello mushrooms, flatout wraps, english muffins, or cauliflower crust? or maybe just do a thin crust with light cheese and extra veggies (that's what I usually do and it's delicious!) -…

I say try it and see if it works for you Everyone is different. I think the idea overall is good... if the day you have high calories is controlled (meaning you count the calories and it's not a binge) Good luck. Oh and it it works, you might want to do a post about it because I think a lot of people would be interested.

I haven't tried this but have you thought about taking a handful of packets and blending them in the blender? It should break them down so they are powdery.

I like it but I think the key is to use less because it's very sweet.

I'm not much of a snack person but here's a couple of my favorites. mini babybell (70 calories), carbmaster yogurt (60 calories), kirkland greek yogurt with a few blueberries(160 calories with 24 g of protein!) or stawberries & nutella (about 150 calories) usually I'll just have a cup of coffee

You can eat cheap and healthy if you plan. Shop store deals and coupons. Seasonal produce is usually cheaper (and tastes better too). Stay away from the packaged junk - 100 calorie packs, cookies... instead make your own and package them in individual baggies so they are easy to grab. Portable lunch containers are your…

How about add some peanut butter, almond butter, or nutella - 2 tablespoons is about 200 calories. If I'm low on calories I almost always add fat because it's so calorie dense.

A lot of people on this board will probably say no because it contains caffeine (it's a diuretic) ... But I personally count all non calorie beverages as water. Really it's up to you to decide.

If I remember correctly they were around 170-200 calories per bar, 25 g carbs, and 20-ish g protein (depends on the flavor). I'm not sure if you can get them in the grocery store but I know a year ago if you went to there website…
