buy in bulk...I usually cook meals on Sunday and store them in my meal containers. Comes out being cheaper in the long run, if you eat what you cook.

I know when I don't rest properly or under eat and still have full days starting at 4am and don't end until about 7pm I can't hang. So make sure you are eating enough, working out, and resting!!!! I take melatonin to make sure the sleep I get is quality.
