At moment Dr won't let me hike...not strong enough just yet!!!! I had to beg to get clearance for the stationary bike!!! But I will recruit some friends to do something soon on the weekends!!! Weighing a bit heavier(342) this week, but I am still focused on the big picture. I didn't weigh in this morning because I did cardio for 50 mins and didn't want a false read...So the goal is to be under 340 by next saturday night!!!
