I really injured my knees during 30 DS. It took a couple weeks to get my knees back to normal. But, I would and should do the 30DS again! I would modify some of the excercises or use a lighter weight the next time around. I used 8 lb weights.

Oops, I took Monday off work and so I've been off a day this week. CW: 133.8 up .8 and same statement as last time. I have not been giving 100%, so what should I expect?! I'm really looking forward to our next challenge! I think it's easier in the fall to be more focus. Good luck to all! You're doing a great job!

I haven't checked-in, in awhile. I'm still shredding but when I hit level 3, which I actually enjoy, I've kinda lost interest. I'm skipping a day or 2 at a time. I'm not sure what day I'm on! So, I'm resetting the counter back to day 1 of level 3!

CW: 133.2 .4 loss, but in the right direction. I'll take it! I did pretty good on the fruit/veggies. I could not pick a neglected body part except choosing the entire body! CW: 133.2 (1.3 loss) I increased my water, and I think that helped my weight loss, because I fell of the excersice wagon over the weekend and haven't climbed back on! Ditto! I'm ready for a repeat round too! Going over in calories + vacation has not given me the results I was hoping to see. I start level 3 tomorrow and I've done better on eating this week, perhaps the final 10 days will pay off!

I was thinking of going into either "ripped in 30" or "shed or shred" What I read, ripped in 30 had great reviews, and shed/shred is kinda a mess. What is beachbody? I might be interested!

Tomorrow will be day 15...yeah! What excercises does everyone hate in level 2? I totally dread the pendulum lunges and all of the strength of circuit 3. I skipped yesterday, way too hot in my house! Still warm this morning but I got up early and tackled day 1 of Level 2. I was so out of breath I couldn't believe it!! I sure wish that scale would start moving in the right direction!

I agree. I tried Jillian's Protein Shake and felt bloated to the point of pain. (And, I tolerate dairy just fine) As soon as I stopped, I was much better. Now, I eat my protein rather than through a straw. Good luck!
