Almost out of the 200's!!! THANK GOD!! My new goal for this challenge is 195 ...6lbs to go and 3 weeks to do it....i think it could be done!!!0 -

week 10 additional challenges:
1) I was already doing an average of 20 crunches or more per day, so I didn't do the sit ups.
2) I had at least eight 8oz glasses of water per day, usually more. Challenge met!
3) I cut out chili powder and black pepper from my diet this week. While I've been dieting, I have been experimenting with various recipes, and most seem to add the "hotter" spices to make them more flavorful to make up for the loss of fat and sauces of other favorite recipes. My stomach issues seem to have gotten worse as a result, so this week I stuck to more bland foods, and that helped. Unfortunately, things didn't taste as good. Challenge met, and it has presented me with a new challenge -- find recipes that are flavorful without adding peppery, hot spices!
On a side note, I took my new little pocket sized Salter scale with me to a rodeo a few days ago and was able to weigh everything I ate there and account for it accordingly! This will work just fine for me when I go for my week in Disney! No excuses now!0 -
It is check in time. I am excited. I am down to 166.7 today!!! That is a 2.4 loss this week!!! I had a few bad days ( one REALLY bad) and I still lost weight!!! Yay!!!!0

145.2 pounds
Re-lost the 0.4 pounds I had gained/was up last Tuesday and I lost a brand new 0.4 pounds so a total of 0.8 pounds lost since last Tuesday.
I had to drink 10 glasses a water a day for another challenge I am a part of so I met the water goal for this week. It is very tough to drink that much water, especially when out as you always have to make sure there will be a bathroom nearby!!!!!0 -

I don't think I will make my goal but I do think this challenge is helping me with accountability. Summer is hard! I'm ready for the routine of the school year! I think that will help me stick to my plan and the challenges!0 -

Well I did the exact opposite of the challenge this summer - I have gained around 6 pounds, and I feel icky. Things are starting to slow down here, so starting Monday I am going to start counting again, and I want to do cardio 3 days (either walking or jogging) and 30 day shred once or twice a week. I hope everyone is doing great.
Are there any thoughts on keeping the challenge, or starting the new challenge for the fall.0 -

Well today I said I was back at it. Well I can barely move from playing 3 games of slow pitch yesturday. Will try to get in a 3km walk this evening. Going to try to watch what I eat today, but I know that I will be over my calories, but we will slowly get back into the game.0
