193.2 this morning. Under calories every day this week and worked out on treadmill or in pool for 6 days. Sunday was off, but still walked my 10,000 steps.0

I've finally started moving from my plateau!!! 6/7 weeks of hell and finally to see a lower number is amazing.
Weighed in at 149.4 this morning :-D yey I'm in the 140's!!! Whoooo!!
Definitely cant wait for the next challenge which will end around my birthday which was my original goal - I dont think I'll get there now but it's possible - going to give it my best shot!!!

My problem hasnt been staying within my calorie limits...im usually below them most days. Its my lack of motivation to bring my butt to the gym!! i'm going to try and get a few days in this week hopefully that will bring me under 200!! sooo close!!

I am disgusted this morning. Said this would never happen again. But I know it is my fault, but I am starting to get back on track. I was 160.8 this morning. I havent been in the 160's for a year. Time to get back at it, and get that weight off.0

I'm still here. I forgot to weigh in last week. I had various medical appointments and procedures and none of them went well but that's okay. It just made me see where I have sorely screwed up and showed me what I need to work on in the next 3 months before my follow up. As of last Tuesday I was 168.7 and as of today I am 167.6.
I am looking forward to the new challenges this week. Someone gave me a pedometer 2 weeks ago but I haven't quite figured out how to use it. Will figure it out today. I've been keeping up with the challenges pretty well but I'm still at a plateau and not really losing quickly at all. That's okay though. As long as I can overall see progress in myself I will try to be happy with that. I have been increasing my stamina with cardio and have been introducing myself to weight training. Now that the weather is getting cooler I also will start biking outdoors again.0 -

It may be little but I'll take it as I was out of town from Friday to Monday and Friday and Saturday I ate what I wanted and had treats and my weight was up a bunch then had to kill it on Sunday and Monday to be successful for Tuesday's weigh in even though the temptations were still around me on Sunday and Monday but I did it!0 -

7/11/2012.....CW.......Same as last week. Stressful week. Stress is a real killer. I have to stop WORRYING about losing. It is counter productive. I didn't see a new challenge for this week, however just keeping on is a real challenge for me right now.
7/17/2012.....CW.......200.1 Ok, enough is enough. I gained this week. Not sure why. I need to reevaluate my menu's. Hopefully there will be a loss next week.

7/31/2012....CW........200.00 I can't believe that I didn't lose any and this am still shows 200. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I will never make it to my goal at this rate. I was in underland for one week and then.................... UGH. Ir's so depressing and frustrating.

Had a good day. Went for a 5.6 km walk yest, and today did 2.8 km pushing the bike stroller. Stayed within calories today. Legs are still extremely stiff from Sunday, going to relax the rest of the evening with som heat on the legs. Hope everyone is doing well.0
