  • personally, and this is only MY opinion, if you feel your losing too quickly and you make your 'daily usage cal' more by using other methods/websites then i would would manually up my cals to around 1350 (more or less depending on how you feel about it!) try it for a week & see what happens on the scale then adjust…

  • well said!! i dont think your very commited to changing the way you are, so why should anyone have to coach you into doing it??? if you want to change your body and mind only you can do that nothing anyone else says will help you to do it. ive been overweight for the majority of my life my friends and family have all tried…
  • i weigh everyday to keep an eye on where im going with the week but my 'weigh to log' day is saturday, as that was the day of the week i stepped on my scales and the didnt read 'ERR' lol i dont understand people that weigh and log everyday to log 0.1lb surely its more satisfying to only log once a week :D

  • stay off the scales!! seems crazy but if your lookin good whats the point of worrying about the numbers, your clearly building muscle that weighs more than fat so your on the right track, keep up your daily/weekly routine and if you really must, do the scales in a month, you may get a nice surprise!! surely looking and…
  • hey there, firstly i would like to say good for you that you've spoken out and said that you need help in some way, living with an ED must be an awful thing as you are constantly in a battle with the one thing you need to live, with this i can only empathise, Now on a more serious note i can accross the following a few…

  • OMG you look amazing a massive well done for hitting your target, you should be majorly proud of yourself :D very inspiring to see someone achieve their target
  • no problems, smaller framed people wanting to lose lower amounts are bound to be allocated 1200cals per day as they would not find it so hard to drop to a lower amount daily!! coming from a position of cosumming anythying up to 3000 cals per day for me to drop to 1200 would be impossible, id have given up within days!!
