walmart.. BTW just finished.. didnt gt thru it all.. but i am beat.. ugh.. I did prolly 15 minutes of it.. and then turned it off cuz i couldnt keep up with the jump rope so i did 10 minute jump robe on my own.

Im new to this too.. but as far as i can see it is all about just watching what you eat.. You hae to put everything in that you eat during the day.. basically if you put it in your mouth you need to record it.. My salmon is a family favorite and is is prolly as easy as you can get.. Tkae your salmon adn in a shallow dish pour low sodium soy sauce.. let the salmon soak flesh side down in that for up to 30 minutes. Remove it from the soy sauce, drain ifyou are using the same pan.. and flip the salmon over so it is flesh side up..…

I am thinking about getting this today or tomorrow and starting.. I just hope i can do it.. Im not to overweight but i think i must have no muscle mass at all!!
