I have a pilonidal cyst, too - I never had surgery to have mine removed, but I can't do pilates or full sit-ups without it hurting my tailbone.

I did day 2 of level 2 today and its killer. I never thought I would miss level 1 so much! I felt sick and really didn't sweat much today even though I was working harder, , so I don't think I was hydrated enough. The 5th day was the first day I woke up not sore. Now I'm sore in my butt and thighs tonight (day7) because I felt stronger and was able to go deeper into the squats and lunges this morning. It's a good sore, though, makes me feel accomplished :)

I'm using 3 lb weights, although for parts I've used 5 - like on bicep curls, rows, and chest fly.

Today was day 5 for me. I have a lot more endurance than day 1. The hardest part for me is the jumping jacks / jumping rope senquence. I still haven't done that part for the solid two minutes.
