I am so happy to have completed P90X! It was the hardest thing I have ever done but soooooo worth it! I feel amazing! Shakeology has helped tremendously also! Here is my stats
Weight= 189 to 172
15 inches total lost
Size 16 womens to size 10 womens

I have gained so much muscle, its crazy! I love this program and I am doing another round! Whoo hoo!!
