  • Ah my dog has a few nasty habits but his worse one is eating the kittens poop out of the litter tray yuck , so i have to watch the kitten the whole time and clean the tray as soon as she uses it ;0)

  • My hubby noticed a difference when i hit the 7 pound mark ;0) and he tells me everyday how proud he is because i have never stuck to any other weight loss program and never lost more than a few pounds ! How long have ye been married ?

  • I have to admit my hubby is so supportive of my weight loss ;0) He has lost a lot of weight in the last two years and loves the gym and working out ! But he has never pushed his diet or exercise habits on me, he just did it himself and i stayed on the gaining weight train but now i have decided its time for me to work on…

  • Thanks i hope i can do it i am really determined to lose weight and get into shape ;) Im finding it very hard to add more calories a day ! And i am hoping i can get a few suggestions on how to get to the 1200 Calories! Is anyone else here on the 17 day diet ??
