I split mine up throughout the day, more like this: 300-400 breakfast 150 snack 300 lunch 150 snack 300-400 dinner and lots of water throughout the day. I eat 1,200-1,500 depending, but they are all pretty much clean, healthy, fueling calories

Are you looking at Power90? Or P90x? Cause they are 2 different workout, and for different levels. I would suggest Power 90 for the goals you are looking to reach, and, from coming off an injury. I did Chalean Extreme after Insanity (well, after Asylum), cause I wanted weights. Me too! I have 7 left to hit my goal weight (had a baby 8 months ago) and have been working out, eating right, losing baby weight and getting my muscle back:) I also do p90x and Insanity too. I have been eating off of Michi's ladder, just tiers 1-2, and that has helped. Logging my food in here as well helped in October too…

Hi PinkLea! I would recommend cardio first so that your muscles are warm and ready to weights...BUT always do some stretching before AND after the weights too. Will help your muscles heal and you will feel better:) That's what I do.:happy:
