  • One tsp of salt has about 2300 mg of sodium in it, though. And the flour has a little bit of sodium in it as well. (minimal) I still think making your own bread will be healthier because of the preservatives added to store-bought bread. But you may need to do a bit of research if you wish to cut down on sodium.
