You can do it, you can do any thing! The only thing stopping you is you and you are the one in charge of you. Exercise is the best cure for depression ever, it is hard when your boobs are huge but get yourself a good sports bra and do as much as you can, YOU CAN DO IT!

Love avocado, use it in salads, on sandwiches, sliced with steak or clicked breast. Today I mashed 3/4 avocado, some finely sliced red onion and a little homemade sweet chilli sauce to make guacamole, it was awesome.

I am 5'9 and my goal weight is between 68-72kg, (about 150-158), when I was 72 I was an aus 12 but I still felt big. I got down to 68 and people started to tell me I was looking too thin and my size 12 Levi's were getting loose. My goal is a aus size 12/medium and to look FIT :)

I personally don't think any one should ever "diet" you need to change your lifestyle to cause you to be a healthier weight. You have changed your lifestyle to 20 pound lighter you, that is awesome :)

Look at WHAT you are eating rather than only how much. If you clean up your diet you will find you can eat HEAPS and be under your calories and will not be hungry. Losing those last few kg is really hard :)

Ooopse try that again. My Doctor gave me a script for Yasmin today. I was on it years ago and it was good. I started back on the pill 2 months ago (trifeme which I was on years ago) put on 4kg in 3 weeks :( appetite increased hugely! Have you tried strapping it? You can buy an adjustable strap from the chemist. It helped my wrist when it was sore a couple of months ago. :)
