Well, the recipe makes 4 servings of 4 ounces each, but it is hard to say exactly how many sticks per serving it will be, It will depend on what size and thickness the fish is. A thicker fillet of fish will give you fewer sticks. I always weigh out the 4ounces before cutting them and with my tilapia I get on average 6 of…

I hope this helps! Most of these ideas add up to roughly 100 calories. 1. 1/2 cup of sugar-free gelatin, any flavor, and two tablespoons of low fat whipped topping. 2. 15 chocolate-covered raisins. 3. Well, I generally have amazing self control, however.. that goes out the window when talking about spaghetti with a nice veggie filled tomato sauce. I haven't had spaghetti in almost 10 months now. *Sigh* I miss it, but I just can't control myself.

I don't. I ignore the extras I get and stick with my original caloric goals.

Just a way to stay on top of things and be held accountable to myself. Writing it down on paper makes it more real to me than…

By Spring, I will be over and done with this part of life and moved on to a life of maintaining. I'll be back in all my size 4's and enjoy my closet again... and this time I will be staying there! April 1, 2011 will be one year since I started this journey.
-
I enjoy a challenge. I think I'll hop on this one and see how close I get. I've had a consistent loss for weeks now so I just might be able to pull this off! So, we'll see what happens...

Awesome job! I gave up caffeine, sugar and carbonated drinks back in April and I've dropped 45 lbs so far. It is amazing what removing crap from your body will do for you! Keep up the great work!

I'm always most excited about my neck and chin area. I mean the first thing you notice about a person really is their face. Gone is the double chin and once again I have a real shape to my face. It no longer feels like my neck and chin area are fused into one.

Yes, I have the same issue! So frustrating and time consuming!
