Fresh fruit dairy free smoothies are my daily breakfast. Mangoes, all kinds of berries, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, etc mixed with almond or coconut milk. Generally around 250 calories max and fill you up for hours without weighing you down with all the processed chemicals.

I couldn't do it personally. I'd feel naked and worry about the top coming down or the bottom coming up! But then again, I'm more of the sexy/conservative pantsuit type of person. However, you should be proud to show off your new body- you deserve it!! It is a beautiful color on you! :)

Oh my goodness.... mine has gotten so much worse with age. Most months I go up 5-7 pounds for a good week or so and bloat myself right out my clothes! Not even taking water pills helps anymore. Talk about becoming deflated.. makes you feel like all your hard work the other 3 weeks of the month is pointless. So frustrating…
