I started in June 2010...the comparison was done in February 2011. In 9 months, I lost 30 pounds. I stalled for a bit (personal issues), but am now working on losing the last 30.

Thanks, everyone! My mom has them, too, so it's definitely genetic. People probably don't notice them the way I do, lol. I'd definitely consider non-invasive lipo...down the road. You know, when the technology gets better. ;)

Hi, everyone! I'm giving IF a try for two weeks and am doing 16/8s. (However, today I broke about a half hour early for lunch with my manager.) While I'm hungry during the fast, I'm not feeling weak or shaky or anything. I'm unable to do exercises during the fast because I have kids and a job and need to be out the door…

You're right - I can. It's only 20 minutes, right? ;) But I do need to push through it - my body can do it, just gotta get my mind there, too. Do any of you do other exercises concurrently? I'd like to continue running while doing this.

On PointsPlus, the focus really became more on whole foods. Which is great! Instead of calculating calories, fat and fiber, it moved to fat, carbs, protein, fiber.
