  • That's so awesome! I am going to FL in a month to get married and then Hawaii in May for our honeymoon. I really hope I can find the time to get in some workouts and make smart food choices while I'm on vacation!
  • These are great workouts- similar to what I did in Boot Camp and Kwando. You will definitely burn some calories and have fun doing it.
  • I use Healthy Life wheat bread with flax seed. Add a little olive oil, spread it out on the bread (use a misto if possible- just pouring it tends to add a lot of calories)- sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and a little parmesan and pop it in the toaster oven.
