I rarely eat over 1200 calories, except last week...I couldn't resist the Thanksgiving treats. I have fiber one 90 calorie bar, or egg white omellette for breakfast. I'm back from our Thanksgiving traveling, and probably 4 lbs heavier. I have 3 days left of ripped. What is everyone's plans next? I feel like I have to have a plan for after ripped. I have Jackie Warners extreme video. I think I'll do that for sure, and may e a yoga video from Netflix.

W4d1. Done. I like week 4 way more than week 3! It was intense, but I felt like I really accomplished something. I almost threw up. LOL. I feel so much better about this week. It does really work too, my skin tight skinny jeans I could hardly zip 3 weeks ago, are baggy today!

I gained 4 lbs during my last period. It fell off quickly the next week, but I was very depressed at the time. Different scale could just be different.

I am finding this so easy, I even have ice cream every day. The key is smaller portions and planning ahead. Welcome guys! I have to say that logging EVERY bite I eat has been so eye opening to me! I am not even having a hard time, or feeling deprived. I still have a LONG way to go in figuring out how to balance my food in a healthy way, I'm trying just to watch calories and get in some exercise 6 days a week.

I'm going to do w3 d2 later tonight, and I'm dreading it. I did 45 min zumba class and 30 min elliptical today already, and haunt had time to eat anything but sandwich, I better get ready mentally. I have to say I'm hating week 3. A lot.
