Maybe your scale is broke. Just keep on keeping on, it will happen, especially if you are doing what you say you are, we all stall sometimes, you are doing great, sounds like you have energy, so just stick with it.

I'm hoping to start weight lifting program next week. I have been just eating in deficit and doing cardio here and there...I know weight lifting will help, but surgery may be required in the end...I just inherited non stretchy skin and having 5 kids didn't help...

I burn more calories according to my HRM. I am on medication that increases my HR so I always wear HRM for safety. I am also out of shape, so my heart is in shock when I exercise...ha. I eat back half.

You can do it! It's worth it, you will feel so much better! Start by walking and counting calories. You will learn so much about food and health. Be diligent, don't forget to log anything! Before you know it you'll see results!
