How do you figure your macros? Is there a certain site you use? I have been researching the carb cycle method, and know the basics of how it works, just need to decide the exact carb amounts for me. Hope that makes sense?

my first month results: down 7 lbs ( tracker says 6, I put wrong starting weight) Down 1" in chest Down 2" in waist Down 1" in hips I set MFP to help me lose 1 lb a week. MFP gave me 1410 calories. What should I eat before working out?
I get up around 7 am and take my thyroid meds, can.t eat for one hour after taking them. Then I go to gym at 8:30 for Zumba or aerobics.
