How do you figure your macros? Is there a certain site you use? I have been researching the carb cycle method, and know the basics of how it works, just need to decide the exact carb amounts for me. Hope that makes sense?

I’m just starting too. I’ve been reading a Carb Cycling book at this is what it said:
High Carb Days:
Protein=1 g/lb
Carb=1g/lb
Fat=.25 g/lb
Calories:
Protein x 4
Carb x 4
Fat x 9
And then...
Low Carb Days:
Protein x 1
Carb x .15
Fat x .4
Calories:
Carb x 4 = cals
Protein x 4 = cals
Fat x 9 = cals
