1st week = success. I lost 2 lbs!

so excited. I don't have a scale so I weighed at gym where I weighed last week. I weighed 1 st thing in morning last week and this afternoon today. I did not do so well on Saturday in the calorie department. Still lost 2 lbs!

One question. Is it bad to go over in protein? I always seem to. I don't know why it would be, but not a nutrition expert.

    I go way over in protein every day (I usually double it at least) and it's worked for me so far. I think the MFP protein amount is more of a target than a limit.
